Aimee and Valentino

I used a cute new release from CC Designs called Aimee and Valentino on this card.

They're adorable aren't they!  I sponged on a cloudy background and added some grass with my copics to create this little scene.

I also used the Make a card #12 die for the "love" word and the little heart pennants.  This is a wonderful die, there are just so many ways to use the "bits" in it!

Forest Baby

Hi :)  

I have a cute baby card to share with you today for CC Designs.

This is using an older stamp by Sweet November called Forest Friends. It is a set of 3 gorgeous animals and is now available as a digi.

I used embossing paste and the Stars Stencil to create the background and I cut the clouds out of felt using the Little Cloudy Outline Die.

I used the Make a Tag #6 Die again too.  I love that die!  I put a rhinestone brad at the top, which looks really nice in real life, it is just clear but it looks black and a bit weird in the photo unfortunately.

I used the Amy R Congrats Sentiments and embossed the word happy in white onto pink card and cut it out, just for something a bit different :)

It's new release time again at CC Designs :)
There are a lot of fun, summery new designs and this cutie is one of my favourites.
It's a Pollycraft stamp called Millie.
Isn't she sweet?!

I decided to try making a watermelon for the card base and it's a Rocker Card - so it's fun and interactive too!  I was really happy with how it turned out.

I used the By DIEzyne Pierced Half Circles Dies.  I folded a piece of limeaid cardstock in half and used the largest die. Then I sponged old olive ink on the outside of it.  Then I used the next sized die to cut poppy cardstock and sponged real red on the outside and white in the middle.  This red section is cut in half. The seeds are actually made using the raindrops from the Little Cloudy Outline Die.

The sentiment is from a great new set called Pool Party.  It's full of great summery sayings, but they can be used all year round.

Little Cloudy

It's release time at CC Designs and these are 4 of the new lil' cuties :)



I decided to use Little Cloudy, she is so gorgeous!  But they all are aren't they!? :)

I used some beautiful Oxford Lane paper from My Minds Eye. Even the wonderful sentiment is from this pad!  I did some paper piecing of her jacket and I was happy with how it turned out.  I also used tiny black pearls for the buttons to give it more dimension.
I even got my sewing machine out again for this one, it's been quite a while since I've sewn on a card but it adds such a coziness to it :)

I used the matching die to cut her out and the little raindrops come with the die - cute!
