Fawn'd Of You Deer Friend

There is a blog hop at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps today to celebrate all the new goodies from the March Release.

I loved the Fawn'd of You stamp so much I couldn't wait to play with it again :)
This time I went for more of an Autumny vibe and used the deer from the set as well.
The sentiment is actually in a straight line on the stamp, which is what I usually want, but I thought it would work better to cut it up into words for this card.  I just did this by hand and then stuck it on to black card and trimmed around it again.  I then glued it on to the oval in a way that filled the empty space.

This stamp set is so beautiful and there are just so many ways to use it :)

So let's have a fun hop around the Krafty Team and Krafty Guests' blogs and check everything out in action! Grab a nice hot (or cold) beverage, sit back and relax while you enjoy this kreative tour!

This adorable set features three lovely fairy images plus a few accessory stamps, a fairy DOOR and several coordinating sentiments! I mean, so FAIRY cute!

I decided to use this fairy from the set and coloured her in very bright fairy colours.  I also used the birds and sentiment from the set.

This sweet set features a lovely lady who's getting ready for the nice weather to begin and the flowers to start growing!
She has two furry friends...a bunny and a four coordinating sentiments!

I love this girl!  Isn't she so sweet :)
I decided to colour her in bright colours to co-ordinate with this cute Doodlebug Design paper that I've been hoarding.
The Thanks sentiment is from the same paper range.

I used Copics to colour this gorgeous Llama and I took inspiration for the colours from the new Kraftin Kimmie Springy Dots.

I also used Copics to colour the background and added some charcoal pencil around the llama for a dark shadow effect.

I decided to use the 'spit happens' sentiment from the set to create a background on kraft card.
And I also added a few doodles and some washi tape.

Love My Puppy

I have a card to share today using one of the fabulous new releases from Dreamerland Crafts.

I simply couldn't resist this one called Love My Puppy!
I don't even own a dog but I had to have it :)

I coloured them with copics and I decided to decorate her dress a little by drawing on some flowers and dots with a white gel pen.  It's the first time I've tried this and I was actually happily surprised with how it turned out :)

I used Tim Holtz Distress Inks to create the background.  I used a sun rays stencil with scattered straw, spun sugar and lilac for the sky and then used mowed lawn and evergreen bough Distress Inks for the grass.
I then sponged some tumbled glass and broken china Distress Ink around the edges and flicked some water on as well.

The sentiment is from a Dreamerland Crafts set called Birthday 06
I used a stitched oval die to cut it out and added a little diecut heart which I sponged Spun Sugar Distress Ink onto.

My youngest daughter loved that this girl had short hair (for a change) like hers.
And she loved the card so much that she has claimed it in advance for her birthday card :)

Copics Used :

BG 000, 11, 13, 15, 72
R 20, 22, 30
W 1, 3, 5
E 000, 00, 13, 21, 41, 42, 43, 44, 47, 50, 53, 55

I'd like to enter my card in the following challenges :

SimonSaysStamp : Anything Goes
Papercraft Challenges : All the critters
Love to scrap challenge : Anything Goes
Words to Craft By : Best Friends

Thanks for dropping by today :)
