Flower Jar

I have a card to share for Mo's Digital Pencil today using a gorgeous stamp called Flower Jar.

I haven't coloured flowers for a really, really long time but I loved it!

This arrangement is just so warm and homely and I decided to leave the card blank because there's just so many occasions I could use it for.

I decided to go for orange Iceland Poppies with white Daisies and found some old paper from my stack that coordinated quite well :)

Superhero Baby

I have a card to share today featuring Superhero Baby from Mo's Digital Pencil.

I needed a card for a baby boy and I wanted it to be fun and a bit different.  This stamp was so perfect and I loved colouring him and creating the background too.

The background was created using distress oxide and distress ink with the Sun Rays stencil from Whimsy Stamps and then splattering it with gesso.

The Superbaby sentiment comes with the stamp and I just typed the other part of the sentiment on the computer and cut it out.

I wanted to have Superbaby standing on a cloud but I don't actually have a die like that so I used a cloud stencil instead.  I just sponged ink along a cloud edge and then cut it out myself.  It's amazing that I have never thought to do that before! haha :)

Copics used :

R 20, 24, 27, 29, 30, 59

B 04, 06

E 000, 00, 13, 21

Thanks for dropping by today :)

Glittery Celestial Tree

I have a card using Lavinia Stamps to share today.

I used the small Reindeer, Pipin, Celestial Tree and the little flower at the base is from the Foliage set.

The background was made with the Smoosh Technique and Distress oxide inks.
It is a one of a kind background that I'm not sure I could replicate unfortunately but it is great to be able to give someone such an individual card. as it turned out pretty cool I think.

I sponged on some mowed lawn oxide ink for the grass at the bottom and used peacock feathers distress ink around the outside to really draw your attention to the centre of the card.

I then used a glittery gold gel pen for a flurry of ''blossoms" on the tree.

I decided to leave this card sentiment free so that I can use it for pretty much any occasion :)

I'd like to enter my card in the following challenges :

Lavinia Stamps - glitter flurry

Thanks for dropping by today :)
