We Wish You a Merry Christmas

I have a Christmas card to share using a gorgeous stamp from Dreamerland Crafts.

This stamp is called We Wish You A Merry Christmas and as soon as I saw it I just knew I NEEDED it :)

Aren't they adorable?!

I used my Copics to colour the images and then used Speckled Egg Distress Oxide Ink around the outside of the panel.
The stars and snowflakes are actually done with sparkly gold and silver pens but unfortunately I couldn't get a shot of them "shining".

I found some old, but beautiful, patterned paper that I decided to zigzag stitch around and tied a little button on with some thin twine.
The sentiment is also from some patterned paper that I've been hoarding but finally decided to cut into :)

Copics used ;
E 000, 13, 21, 42, 43, 44
W 00, 1, 3, 7
R 20, 22, 27, 29, 30, 59
Y 13, 15, 28
YG 11, 13, 17
G 28

I'd like to enter my card into the following challenges :

Play with Style

I have a card to share using a new Dreamerland Crafts stamp called Play a Love Song.
I think she is so sweet!!!

The background was created by blending Mermaid Lagoon, Twisted Citron and Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxides.

I wanted a musical background but I don't have a stencil like that so I created my own using a die instead.  I cut a few of the MFT Music Notes dies from a Masking Magic sheet which created my own sticky but repositionable stencil :)  I then applied mermaid lagoon Distress Oxide lightly over the top 2/3rds of the card.

I paired her with a Dreamerland Crafts sentiment from the Birthday 06 set.

I stamped the sentiment with Versamark ink and embossed just the "style" with white embossing powder.

I used some watered down white Gesso to flick dots over the card.

The girl is coloured with copics but I used a silver glitter gel pen to colour her flute.

I fussy cut her out and attached her with foam adhesive for some dimension.

I'd like to enter my card in the following challenges :

Your Love

I have a card to share today featuring a gorgeous new stamp from Dreamerland Crafts called Your Love Lifts Me Up.

It does come with that beautiful sentiment but I decided to just use the girl and bird so that I could use this card for any occasion.

This is such a gorgeous stamp set and I loved colouring them.

I decided they were so sweet that they would work really well with this heart border die and I kept the card nice and simple.

It's almost time

I have a Christmas card using a stamp from Dreamerland Crafts to share today.

This one is called It's Time to Dress Up the Christmas Tree and it's so sweet :)

I usually colour with Copics but this time I decided to try watercolouring instead.

It helped to create a nice soft "old-fashioned Christmas" type feel that I was wanting.

The sentiment stamp comes with this set and it's lovely.  The "Christmas" is a thicker font and I decided to use a white gel pen in the middle of each letter.  I really like how that turned out :)

I'd like to enter my card in the following challenges :

Simon Says Wednesday - sparkle and shine

You Are A Blessing

I have another card for Dreamerland Crafts today :)

I've used a gorgeous stamp called You Are A Blessing and a sentiment from the Birthday 06 set.

I thought this stamp had such a peacefully sweet vibe and I wanted to continue that feel with the background.  So I used a leaf stencil and some distress inks to create a soft and pretty garden effect.

I used Evergreen Bough, Peacock Feathers and Faded Jeans Distress Inks with a Kraftin Kimmie stencil called Leaves and Vines.

I coloured the stamp with these Copics :

W 00, 1, 3, 5, 7
B 00, 37

When I Look Into Your Eyes

I have a card to share using one of the gorgeous stamps from Dreamerland Crafts today :)

This one is called When I Look Into Your Eyes and it's so very sweet.

I coloured the image with Copics and then used a die to cut a pretty border at the bottom.
I silver embossed the 'Special' onto the piece and then stamped the rest of the sentiment on a separate piece of paper and cut the words out.

The pretty papers are both from a beautiful Vintage Girl collection by Photoplay.

Copics used :

Enjoy today

I have a card to share today using one of the gorgeous new stamps from Dreamerland Crafts.

This one is called Thank you for and I think these two are SO sweet :)

To be honest, otters are my favourite animals but hedgehogs run a close second so I knew I just had to have this set :)

On the stamp the hedgehog is actually sitting on top of a tree stump but I decided not to add that part and it was very easy to cut him out.

There is also a lovely sentiment that comes with the set but I decided to go with this one from an older set called Birthday 05.

Copics used :

R 20, 24, 27, 29, 30, 59
W 00, 1, 3, 5
E 000, 00, 13, 21,31, 33, 35, 41, 53

Friendship has no boundaries

I have a sweet card for Dreamerland Crafts to share today.

This stamp is called Friendship Has No Boundaries and is from their newest release.

These two are just so adorable aren't they?!

I decided that they would look beautiful on a Birthday Card and I created an outdoor scene for them to celebrate in.

I used distress inks for the grass and clouds and used MFT's Happy Birthday die and a balloon die from CC Designs.

I used a little Wink of Stella on the tutus too :)

Copics used :
E 000, 00, 13, 21, 41, 43, 43, 44
R 00, 20, 22, 30
W 00, 1

Bubble Fun

I have a card to share today using a gorgeous stamp from Dreamerland Crafts.
This one is called Bubble Fun and it does look fun and relaxing at the same time doesn't it?!
I must admit I still love blowing bubbles :)

I coloured the friends with Copics and then used these same colours as inspiration for a Bokeh background.

I used Tumbled Glass, Spun sugar, Peacock and Lilac Distress Inks to create a background.
Then I created my own stencil by punching different sized circles onto some scrap card and sponged through this with Dylusions white paint.

I created the Sentiment using the wonderful Happy die from Whimsy Stamps and the "birthday" is from the Dreamerland Crafts Birthday 05 Sentiment set.

Copics used :

B 0000, 02
BG 01, 10, 11, 15

Love My Puppy

I have a card to share today using one of the fabulous new releases from Dreamerland Crafts.

I simply couldn't resist this one called Love My Puppy!
I don't even own a dog but I had to have it :)

I coloured them with copics and I decided to decorate her dress a little by drawing on some flowers and dots with a white gel pen.  It's the first time I've tried this and I was actually happily surprised with how it turned out :)

I used Tim Holtz Distress Inks to create the background.  I used a sun rays stencil with scattered straw, spun sugar and lilac for the sky and then used mowed lawn and evergreen bough Distress Inks for the grass.
I then sponged some tumbled glass and broken china Distress Ink around the edges and flicked some water on as well.

The sentiment is from a Dreamerland Crafts set called Birthday 06
I used a stitched oval die to cut it out and added a little diecut heart which I sponged Spun Sugar Distress Ink onto.

My youngest daughter loved that this girl had short hair (for a change) like hers.
And she loved the card so much that she has claimed it in advance for her birthday card :)

Copics Used :

BG 000, 11, 13, 15, 72
R 20, 22, 30

The Most Exciting Moment

I have my last Christmas card of 2018 to share today.

This one uses a Dreamerland Crafts stamp called The Most Exciting Moment.

It is such a cute Christmas scene isn't it?!

The sentiment is from an old Stampin Up set I still have.  I thought it went very well with these 3 sweet kids :)

I coloured it with copics and added some glitter to the star and then used a CC Designs Tag die to cut it out.

The white panel is embossed with a lovely Christmas sentiment.

I hope you have a very happy Christmas full of love and laughter and hopefully a few crafty presents too :)

Christmas Caroling

I have a card for Dreamerland Crafts to share with you today.

This adorable stamp is called Christmas Caroling.

I loved colouring this cute choir (and dog) and creating a little scene with them :)

I used Copics to colour the image and then cut them out.
I created the background scene by sponging on Tumbled glass, Peacock feathers and Black soot    Distress inks.
And then I splashed on some water and added some dots with a white gel pen.

I used a die to create some snow for the choir to stand on
and I white embossed a sentiment onto black card.

Copics used :

W 00,1, 3, 5. 7
E 000, 00, 13, 21, 41, 42, 43, 44. 50, 53, 55

Best Music Moment

I have a card to share with you today using a gorgeous stamp from Dreamerland Crafts called Best Music Moment.

Isn't it such a sweet image?!
You could use it for so many occasions.
It isn't one from their new Christmas collection but I just thought it would make an adorable Christmas card!  The animals are even making their own little Christmas tree on top of the piano :)

My youngest daughter plays piano and LOVES animals and as soon as she saw this stamp she said I had to make a card for her with it :)

I coloured the sweet scene with Copics and used papers from Bobunny.
The sentiment is from a paper by BellaBlvd.
The white stars were cut from a die, the red stars are puffy stickers from BellaBlvd.
I used black soot distress ink around the edges of the kraft card.

Copics used :

YR 14, 16
Y 13,15 21
R 22, 24, 27, 30

True Friendship

I have a card for a friend to share today.

I was lucky enough to get this adorable stamp from Dreamerland Crafts called True Friendship recently.

These girls are SO sweet and I thought they would make a great "photo" card.

I coloured them with copics and added some distress ink for the sky.
I used rectangle and square dies to create the photo look.
And I found a perfect stamp for the sentiment, from an old CC Designs set.

I think it will be great to use as a Thank you or Just because card.

It is a very clean and simple card because I don't think these girls need (or want) fussiness :)

Thanks for dropping by today :)

Graduation Girl

I have another card for Dreamerland Crafts to share today.

This one is from the newest release and is called Graduation Girl.
I think she is so cute and very smart and determined obviously :)

I coloured her with copics and cut her out and placed her on the background panel I made.

I used various Distress Inks with some Tim Holtz stencils to create a bright and happy panel.
Then I used a star stencil with some texture paste for added dimension and interest.

The YAY die-cut is from the MFT Happy Birthday die.  I cut it out of grey cardstock and then "painted" it with Wink of Stella for some glitz.
The enamel dot is also sparkly.

I applied this panel to a white base and stamped "congratulations" which is from an old and retired CC Designs stamp set.

I've never made a Graduation card before but I was happy with how this turned out :)

Pull Me Along Birthday

It was my youngest daughter's Birthday last week and she somehow turned into a teenager?!

I can't believe she's so big now!  Time goes by so fast doesn't it ?!!!
It's a bit sad  :(

Anyway, this is the card I made for her.

I had used this stamp from Dreamerland Crafts on a card for her big sister last month.  But she loved it so much I knew I had to use it on her card too.

I was happy with that because this stamp called Pull Me Along, is super cute and so much fun to colour!

I coloured the stamp with copics and used the coordinating die to cut her and the pig out.
I also used a little Wink of Stella on her wings for some sparkle and popped her up on foam tape for added dimension.

Pull Me Along

I have a card to share today featuring some Dreamerland Crafts cuteness :)

This little girl and pig are absolutely adorable aren't they?!!!

The stamp is called Pull Me Along.

I coloured it with copics and used the co-ordinating Die and Stamp package to cut it out.
The insects, sun and sentiment come with the die and they made making a little background scene for them really simple :)

I made the background by sponging a cloudy sky with Peacock Feathers and Broken China Distress Inks.
I used Mowed Lawn and Evergreen Bough Distress Inks for the grass and splashed some water on too.

I made a little hole in the wagon so that I could tie some linen thread from it to the piggy and popped them up with dimensionals.

Copics used :

E 000, 00, 11, 13, 21, 31, 33, 35, 37, 41, 42, 43, 44

I think this sweet stamp could be used for so many occasions but I made this card for my eldest daughter's birthday and she loved it :)

Love the Music from my Guitar

I have some really exciting news to share today!

I'm now on the Design Team at Dreamerland Crafts.  Woohoo !!! :)

I absolutely adore their stamps!  They are just so sweet and so beautifully drawn.
They make me say "awwwww" every time I look at them :)
I have loved all the Dreamerland stamps for so long and I feel so very lucky to be a part of their Team.

So this is my first Dreamerland card.  I couldn't resist this stamp of a boy and his guitar.
It's called Love the Music from my Guitar and I loved colouring it :)

The little dog and the sentiment are from a coordinating die and clear stamp package for this character stamp.  In this set there are 4 cute animal stamps and the dies to cut them and the guitar boy out.  I love the saying and the font it's in, the little animals are adorable and the dies are real time savers too :)

I can't wait to play with some more of the Dreamerland Crafts range :)
