I brayered the circle with pool party, turquoise and NQN and then stamped the splash from extreme elements with white over the top.
My girls’ love this bubbly mermaid card. It will be a great one to have on hand ready for one of the many birthday parties my youngest gets invited to :)

Brayer Queen Kathy! :) I'm going to have to take a trip over there to learn your secret. I love the background; it really looks awesome for your mermaid. And of course your coloring is awesome; you are really getting good with those markers! Very fun card; I know the little girl who ends up with it will LOVE it!
