It's finally here!  The second release from By DIEzyne Dies.  We are celebrating this weekend on Passionate Paper Creations and Friends Facebook Group and C.C. Designs Facebook Group.

We are kicking everything off with a really big blog hop!

I was lucky enough to use two new releases from By DIEzyne Dies: the Dotted Wings and Puffy Things Die and the Big Stitched and Pierced Rectangles Die.
They are both fantastic!!!
The butterfly border is beautiful and the set also includes some super-cute clouds which I'm sure I will use a lot.
And I love the stitched and pierced markings on the rectangle dies! I won't be cutting rectangular mats any more, I will be using this die set - SO much quicker, easier and prettier!
  And straighter too :)

I also used two wonderful stamps from CC Designs on my card.

Birdie

I have another gorgeous stamp to show you from the newest CC Designs release :)
This one is from Pollycraft and is called Birdie. She's super cute!

It's unusual for me not to add a sentiment, but I decided to keep this one plain so that I could use it for any occasion.

I also used the Make a Card #2 Die to cut a flower embellishment from felt and then added a button to it.

Carrot Love Easter Gift

Hi :)

I have a little Easter treat to share with you today using another new CC Designs image.

Sorry I can't actually share the eggs with you though, I bought a whole bucket of M&M's eggs to make this gift for a neighbour.  I had bought a big bucket so that I could make more than one but that didn't happen. My girls and I just ate what was left over (which was a lot)!  :)

Anyway, I found this square plastic milk bottle at a cheap store and thought it would make a cute little Easter gift. I filled it with eggs and decorated the front with the adorable Carrot Love stamp.
I cut out a kraft tag using the By DIEzyne Pierced Tickets Die and used white craft ink to make the background with the CC Designs Dot Stencil. I cut a circle out of the same card to decorate the top of the lid too.
The Happy  Easter is from the new Amy R Hopped Up sentiment set and I cut it out using the Make a Card #4 Die.

New Spring Baby

It's time for another challenge over at Bunny Zoe's Crafts.  This month we are challenging you to use Spring Colours.

I chose this gorgeous Sylvia Zet image from Whimsy Stamps to use. It's called New Baby and it's so gorgeous!
The sentiment is from the Whimsy Definitions Notables 7 set.  I just trimmed it into a circle to fit in with the rest of the card design.
I also used the Whimsy Double Scallop Doily Die.
The papers are from Echo Park - Head over Heels and My Minds Eye - Oxford Lane.
I used Stardust Stickles around the edges of  the clouds and
I also used some White Webb Ribbon and an Ice Storm Button.

Bunny Twila

Hi :)  It's day 3 of the new release previews at CC Designs.
Today the DT are sharing cards made with these two cute Roberto's stamps.



I love both of these but decided to use Twila, she's one of my favourite characters :)
She would make a fantastically cute Easter card of course, but the new sentiment set, Hopped Up, gives some other great ways to use her too.

Lucy with Bunnies

Hi :)  It's the start of another month!  And that means a new stamp release from CC Designs :)

Today the Design Team are sharing cards featuring the gorgeous Goldie and Lucy with Bunnies.




I chose Lucy with Bunnies to colour.  I love her (AND the bunnies)! She is SO beautiful!
She would make a wonderful Easter card of course but you could use her for birthday cards too.
The new Hopped Up sentiment set gives a choice of Easter and other sayings to use with the stamps so they can be used all year round. Bonus!

I have used some new dies on my card too.  The pink oval is from the new Make a Card #5 die set and it works perfectly with the Make a Card #2 set (the white oval and scalloped oval).  And the little tulips are from the Lucy with Bunnies Outline Die.  I decided not to use it to cut her out for this card and just created the tulips instead, they look very pretty don't they!?

Card : xpress it, naturals ivory, pink pirouette,wisteria, pear, pear dsp, maja spring
